Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stackiv's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Stackiv provides product engineering, embedded engineering teams, and cloud automation services. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual engagement agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

Work product created specifically for clients under paid engagements becomes the property of the client upon full payment
Stackiv retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services
Stackiv retains the right to showcase non-confidential aspects of completed work in portfolios and case studies, subject to client approval

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Specific confidentiality terms are outlined in individual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or engagement contracts.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, schedules, and methods are specified in individual engagement agreements. Standard terms include:

Payment due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the engagement agreement
Continued service delivery may be suspended for overdue payments

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms specified in the engagement agreement. Standard notice periods and any applicable early termination fees will be outlined in individual contracts.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Specific jurisdiction and dispute resolution mechanisms may be defined in individual engagement agreements.

9. Changes to Terms

Stackiv reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
